Matt,

I want to compliment you on the Concealed Carry training last weekend.  I was anticipating a boring lecture but received pertinent, professional training that maintained my interest throughout.  I was particularly impressed with your understanding of the law and how to interpret it in a way that I could understand.  Along with appreciating my freedom to carry, I have a much more comprehensive understanding of my responsibilities.Your years of experience have served you well in qualifying you to teach this course.  I was very impressed with your unique solutions to stance, grip, firing position, posture, and sight shooting techniques that came with the advanced course, all designed to maximize my own safety and successful defense.  I have abandoned the techniques that, although they might have come naturally, would probably have endangered me.  By embracing just the basics of what you had to share I was successfully hitting not just the silhouette but the precise area of the target I was intending to hit after 15 minutes of training.  What a great confidence builder!  I look forward to your more advanced courses.

I've completed several defensive shooting courses in my life and the R.E.A.L Defensive Shooting System is by far the most practical course available.

My kids and I learned a lot from your training course. I hope I never have to use it, but I do know I can defend myself now.

Hey Matt,

A few lines to tell you how much I enjoyed your class on the 5th. I have never been a good classroom learner but your class had me totally involved. Your material was excellent and your presentation was super. I really had a great time, enjoyed every minute of it. After learning how to properly hold, aim and/or point I was really impressed on how well I did on the range. I had fun. Been to the Sheriff's office, did my application and finger prints so hopefully I will hear something soon. Read your whole classroom book and will read it often in the future.

I really enjoyed attending your recent Concealed Carry training course. Holding both the classroom session and shooting exercise at Bass Pro Shop was very convenient. I can see where that would be a good sales advantage since the location is centralized and both classroom and shooting range locations are only a couple of minutes apart. I thought that you did an expert job with the presentation of your Power Point material and demonstration of the care and safe use of handguns.
